I wish there was an option to add a sixth star. I cannot stress enough how great an experience I had working with Shane. As a first-time homebuyer, he walked me through all the details of the home-buying process and was there to help me every step of the way. I found very quickly that the market in Reston was extremely competitive, but Shane never pressured me to make an offer I wasn’t comfortable with. After taking our time and scoping out the market, he got me an amazing deal on a house that I am so excited to move into. I was able to keep all of my contingencies and get a price that appraised! He will be there for you any time of day or night and will always answer your calls. Going under contract is just the beginning, though. Since I was a first-time home buyer, Shane wanted to make sure that this was as cool an experience as possible for me. He pulled out all the stops for me. He went out of his way to get us into a penthouse suite in a high-rise at the Wiehle Town Center. He gave me a beautiful congratulations gift and even took my girlfriend and me out to dinner at one of the nicest restaurants I’ve been to in years afterwards. It all goes to show that Shane really just cares about his clients. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and have nothing but good things to say about Shane. He’s young and trying to build a business, and I guarantee he will outwork anyone else you can find in the NoVa area.
